AgendaStates

The non-meeting states of the Agenda block: loading, empty, error, not connected and hidden. Shared by the phone's Today and the tablet sidebar.

Consumer provides: the state; Retry and Connect calendar handlers.

Rules

• Each state swaps into the same ≥ 48 dp slot under the Agenda header, so the ToDos below never jump.
• Loading, empty and error are plain text rows, never cards, skeletons or illustrations: "Loading…", "No meetings scheduled", an alert icon + "Couldn’t load meetings" in urgent + Retry (Retry turns into "Loading…" in place).
• Not connected: one outlined card: "Connect your calendar", one line of what it does ("Your meetings appear here. Open one to take handwritten notes that stay linked to the event."), Connect calendar (primary; Manage calendars when there are no sources, Choose calendars when none are selected) and a quiet Hide agenda text button. This is the only card among the states.
• Hidden (Settings → Show agenda off): the block and its divider are removed and ToDos start at the top.
• One 1 dp divider between Agenda and ToDos, 16 dp above and 8 dp below.
